In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI), the Company’s domain name ( has been communicated to the Trade and Companies Register.

Urbaser declares its commitment to comply with the legislation in force at all times regarding data protection, and in order to comply with this commitment, it has drafted the following Data Protection Policy in order for users to determine freely and voluntarily what data they wish to provide through our website.

Urbaser reserves the right to modify this Policy in order to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or business practice. Any newly drafted Policy will be published on this site.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on Personal Data Protection, you are hereby informed that the personal data you provide us with will be processed and will become part of the files owned by Urbaser, whose current address is Camino de Hormigueras, nº171, 28031 Madrid.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the files are registered with the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The purpose of the automated collection and processing of personal data is to answer your queries; to send you, by traditional and electronic means, information about our services; to evaluate a job position in the Company and any other service related to Urbaser’s activity that we may consider of interest to you.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, it will be considered necessary to fill in all the data requested, since without them Urbaser will not be able to provide the services requested by the user.

Urbaser guarantees the adoption of the necessary technical and organisational measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal data and to prevent its loss, alteration, unauthorised access or processing, taking into account the state of technology and the nature of the data stored, being aware that Internet security is not impregnable.

To this end, and in compliance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Implementing Regulation of Organic Law 15/1999, Urbaser informs you that it has drawn up the relevant Company Security Document, which includes the applicable security measures that all persons working for Urbaser and able to access personal data are required to abide by.

The interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to their data by writing to Camino de Hormigueras, nº 171, 28031 Madrid; the letter must be accompanied by a copy of their National Identification Document and the reference LOPD must be indicated.
