Recipients of assignments: Regional or local control bodies and authorities (OMIC and similar).

Rights of data subjects: The interested party may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, portability and limitation or opposition by writing to URBASER, S.A. (hereinafter, "URBASER"), with Tax Identification Code A-79524054, registered office at Calle Camino de las Hormigueras, 171, 28031, Madrid and registered in the Companies Register of Madrid in Volume 544, Folio 37, Sheet no. M-12103; e-mail: rgpd@urbaser.com; indicating "exercise of data protection rights" and attaching a copy of identification document. Interested parties have the right to withdraw their consent. Interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency www.agpd.es).
